Bicycle detail

I went into the public restroom near 19th and Riverside on the River Parks trail and leaned the bike against the wall by the front door. When I came out less than a minute later, I saw a man riding away on the bike. I chased him north on Riverside Drive. He went through the parking lot of the 1700 Riverside apartments and up the hill behind the apartments. That's were I lost him. He was a white male, 5'-10" to 6', wearing a dark colored sweatshirt or jacket and a stocking cap. He looked like a homeless person.
