Bicycle detail

I went into World Market to return an item on Saturday afternoon. I looked out the window and my bike was there. Several people were outside looking at patio furniture. Another woman, whom I spoke with after I found my bike missing, even locked up her bike right next to mine and remembered seeing mine still locked up. Within the time that I looked out the window at the register and the time I walked out of the store, the bike was missing. It was locked up to the shopping cart rack (as was the other woman's bike). It was a thick cable lock, which must have been cut quickly. No one outside had noticed anything unusual. I asked both World Market and Ross if they had surveillance cameras, but none of the cameras shot the bike rack area.
