Bicycle detail

After owning the bike for a few months, I brought it in to a pawn shop to make rent money for the following month, then got it back next pay cheque and the had to pawn it a few weeks later again for rent and when my next paycheque came I went to the pawn shop to get my bike back and they told me that a cop on pawn detail came in and said the bike was stolen (I guess the pawn shop must have missed seeing the apparent cpic for it because it didnt exist as my bike was not stolen). I went the next day back to the pawn shop and asked about it again and they gave me a different story that the cop gave them about it being apparently stolen. (kind of fishy that a cop is telling two different stories about the same bike being stolen). In any case, as I see it the cop who "said it was stolen" probably saw a bike that was in impeccable condition (due to the fact its never been stolen) and wanted it for himself and figured out an easy way to get the bike he wanted.
