Description of the theft
Two bikes were stolen from apartment balcony on the first level. Two people were involved. One of them climbed over the garage entrance into the balcony to hand the bikes to the other.
One individual rode the first bike (blue/black Norco search gravel bike) while the other was seen walking north on Greenwood Ave N (north of 92nd St) with the second bike (black cannondale synapse road bike with aero bars and rear fenders with rack).
