Description of the theft
Two bikes were locked together with U-locks. They were also locked to a steel pipe in garage with a cable lock. Lock on the cable was cut with bolt cutters and both bikes were stolen while still attached to one another. It was locked to a Rocky Mountain Instinct C70 mountain bike. So, they may still be together or trying to be sold together.
