Description of the theft
At 3.30am on 17 July someone broke into our shared staircase and stole my bike which was d-locked to the stair railing. As my bike had an alarm with a movement sensor on it, i woke up confused and by the time i realised what was happening the bike was taken. I was about 30 seconds late to bust the thief. As the wheel was d-locked to the frame with a separate lock, i believe that the thief hasn't cycled away on it given that they took about 3 mins max to steal it.
