Description of the theft
I left the bike in the bike parking room at my apartment complex, The Quarry Apartments in Hillsboro. I locked the bike with a
thick bike lock, and the bike parking room is also locked and accessible with a key (although the door to the room doesn't
automatically close, so it could have been left open by another resident accidentally). When I checked the bike on September
7th, it was gone. I hadn't checked on it prior to this in a few weeks at least. There were multiple other bike locks that had also
been cut and were lying on the ground in the bike parking room.
