Bicycle detail

Around 10:35 AM on November 24, 2020, my partner left my building garage at the same time that I left to go on a walk after saying goodbye to her. At about 11 AM I came back to the building entering through the side door. I noticed that as I approach the side door that my roommates bike was leaning up against the concrete that is next to the door. My roommate has never done that, and immediately something felt off. I brought that bike in to our apartment complex just in case it wasn't meant to be left there by my roommate.
Worried about the state of my two bikes I went down to the garage. This is P2 in our building. I noticed right away that my nice road bike was missing. I saw that the wire that we used to lock up our bikes was cut. I noticed that our neighbor's bike was also gone. My hybrid bike that I use during the winter months was still there, so I immediately brought it into our apartment. Now both of our bikes are living in our apartment. It seems like they brought my roommate's bike to the side of the building to be taken at a later time, so I have a feeling I was there in the middle of the act. I never saw them though. Our building security cameras seem to not be connected to a system after all. I'll be moving out of here at the end of December for the lack of care in the security department.
