I was nextdoor at the next shop, when I looked over and saw this guy pick it up and I yelled and he started taking off with it, then I chased him and he was riding on it by that point and I then proceeded to tell him to stop while chasing him, threw my water bottle at him even, the fell and messed my knee up pretty badly, and he kept going and got away.
