Bicycle detail

My bicycle is a Giant Defy Advanced 3, 2020 model, in metallic blue. The SKU on my receipt from Giant St Paul’s shop is 2010086205. My bicycle cost me £1,599. My bicycle has black raceblade pro mudguards on the front and rear wheels. The SKU on my receipt from Giant St Paul’s shop is SKMRBPB for the mudguards. My bicycle has Fortified anti theft lights installed on the front and back of the pole attached to the saddle. My bicycle has a black mounted mobile phone holder on the handlebars. My bicycle was stolen on Pine Street EC1 London outside Caffè Nero on 12 Exmouth Market, Farringdon, London EC1R 4QE. Stolen between 1pm-2:50pm Sunday 11 October 2020. The chain locks through the front and rear wheels and attached to metal apparatus on the road side were cut through by the thieves. I ordered the bicycle on 31/01/2020. Please help me recover my stolen bicycle. Police reference number 2722630/20. Thank you.
