Description of the theft
I locked my bike at the community centre and then went inside to go swimming with a buddy. When I came out, my bike was gone. I believe it was taken by a few kids who were nearby who are known to be troublemakers. They were smoking marijuana nearby when I went inside, and gone when I came back out.
