Description of the theft
I was moving the last of the things out of my apartment around 4AM last night. I left my bike unattended but at the back door (I live in a hotel) so I thought she was okay for the 8 minutes I took to put a plant in my car less than a block away. But she was gone. Half of a master lock U-Lock is on her. The U shaped part. I have the connector piece in my purse still. Her tires are currently flat and there is blue puffy tape on the handlebars. The color is more burgundy.
