Description of the theft
The bike was stolen on Lewis & Clark College campus. On September 9, I locked it to a bike rack in a covered cement area on the side of JR Howard hall, near the bike co-op. It was locked with an onguard U-lock. The frame and tire were locked. My helmet was also locked up. I returned on September 22 around 9:15AM and the bike was missing along with the lock. The helmet was on the ground with the straps cut.
