Description of the theft
Dear NOLA: My road bike of the past four years was stolen last night Sunday/early Monday Oct 22 2018 between midnight-1:30am, from the lot at Boswell's Jamaican Restaurant, 3521 Tulane Ave/ across the street from The Drifter Hotel. Left it mounted to a car bike rack for 30 minutes and it was heisted.
Blue Schwinn road bike/ 14 speed/ hybrid tires/ drop down handlebars/ SILVER handlebar tape... most importantly *COVERED IN LOCAL STICKERS*... one sticker says "Fuck Physics," another says Shotgun Cinema, another says "Armstrong." Even if the thief paints the bike to disguise it itll look like paint tossed over crusty, corroding stickers, befitting my crusty, corroding soul. Will probably stay in the area of Mid City/ Tulane from Carrollton down to Claiborne. DM me if spotted, or call me if you have the digits. Thank you!!
