The Grips on the handles do move up slightly (From where I've taped the handles). In addition in the front gear cable, I've taped the end off with green and yellow electrical tape. I've replaced the pedals for these: PD-R550 SPD SL Road pedals, resin composite, black. https:https://www.halfords.com/cycling/pedals-pegs/pd-r550-spd-sl-road-pedals-resin-composite-black-131478.html I've a drinks holder on the inside frame.
