Description of the theft
Guy drove in to parking garage at 230 am in a black Toyota Tacoma with fake plates as we looked at cameras to ID the vehicle. He cut the heavy duty ABUS rope chain lock with a power tool. Then proceeded to cut through securing arms of the rear Kuat transfer hitch rack. Then threw in his truck and drove off.
