Bicycle detail

Our garage was accidentally left unlocked. I heard our alarm say "garage door open" at 6am so sprinted down the stairs, saw my garage door open with my bike missing. The back gate was open so I ran into the alley and saw the guy trying to attach a blue and yellow chariot to my bike so I yelled "give me my back bike" then he took off and left the chariot. He was taller, had a black hoodie on and I believe black and white tie die pants. He briefly looked back at me but his hood was on so I didn't totally see him but he had darker hair and dark features.
