Description of the theft
Arrive at bean and bagel cafe. Leave bike propped against wall while I order. Have to step inside briefly to confirm something. 10 seconds later a white man approximately 5'8" is seen biking towards 15th AVE NE. I am too slow to catch him. Could probably obtain an eyewitness to corroborate if necessary.
