Description of the theft
bicycle was locked up inside a secure (locked entry) apartment building. no signs of breaking and entering, theory is a lockpick was used to gain entry. bicycle was locked with a 5mm steel bar lock, locked to a heavy chain lock, locked around a 3" diameter steel handrail. 5mm bar lock was cut with what looks like a shearing force (no power tools).
bicycle is matte black with silver accents, custom riser handlebars, and custom silver bullhorn bar ends. bicycle has large gray 30" Schwalbe "Big Apple" tires.
