Description of the theft
Parked my bike against a green railing the night of September 3, 2016 circa 10:30PM. Secured the bike with my HipLok bike lock. Walked into Falling Rock Tap House and was there for about two hours. When going back to my bike, I saw that it was gone. I did not see the theft take place.
