Bicycle detail

i was on road trip last month to phoenix, planned to ride the canal routes...my bike stolen off back of car in best western coach house, glenstone ave. hotel...if anyone sees this bike on the road, perhaps they could notify the police...raleigh portage...red and silver, does not have the handlebar bag on it as in photo, parked car front of coach house motel room, bicycle was on rear rack, went to get food across street 8pm, noticed described individual in parking lot, saw him go to dumpster area, then ride out of there on bike ...mine ? or he came back later for mine ?...went out in morning, bicycle gone from rack...feel limping individual seen with backpack was scouting things out...likely a regular in area.
