Description of the theft
Left community lake and saw guy riding away on it. Black shorts, white top, no helmet, dark hair, slim build. I rode after him eastbound on mckenzie lake way, but lost him at the Blvd.
The bike is a red norco with 29" tires. It's been modified for a 6'8" man using a stem riser. The back wheel has the attachment for a kids bike chariot.
