Description of the theft
Thief came to where bike was chained and started undoing lock, not sure how. Security footage of theft is available from Seattle Central College security team. Thief ran off with bike even though he was too short to use it. Bike is a new build 2018 Salsa Vaya with mismatched black front fender and silver rear fender. It has single speed front crank and 1 speed back. Seat is tan Brooks saddle and comes with dynamo hub in front but lights not setup yet. It also had Revelate Design frame bag.
