Bicycle detail

My brand-new bike was stolen while parked at the bike rack in front of my apartment (building #9 at Central Park at Whisman Station apartment complex). The bike was fastened to the rack by an OnGuard steel cable and attached to my children's bikes (which had an Ulock on their tires). Someone cut the steel cable and stole my bike. The children's bikes were left there. I don't know when the theft took place, but I noticed my bike missing today 9/26 at 7:30am and found the cut steel cable on the floor next to the bike rack.
