Description of the theft
Incident Description I was having dinner with my brother on the patio of Brasserie Ten Ten on Walnut. My bike was parked across there street, cable locked to a u bolt that my other bike was attached to. I saw the person start to ride off on my bike, immediately chased after them on foot toward folsom but could not keep up. The person was somewhat heavyset with a yellow shirt but I couldn't see their face. I saw that the cable had been snipped
