Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a bike rack parking area beside Goddard Labs on the University of Pennsylvania's campus. The front tire was over the rack and the lock was through the front tire, through the holes on the rack, and through the frame of the bike. The lock was missing with the bike. I parked it at 11am this morning and attended class and lab, and when I went back to go home at 4:30pm, the bike was gone.
