Description of the theft
I biked to target after school with my friends. I went to the bike rack outside of Target and locked my bike. We went in for 1hour and came out only to discover that the bike was gone. We asked people and they said that they saw a guy riding it and gave us directions. We followed for 30 minutes but gave up and returned to Target. We asked the staff for security footage but they said we would need to file a police report.
