Description of the theft
My son, had his electric bike stolen while it was parked at a designated bike spot outside Vons on Balboa Avenue. He entered the store around 6:45 PM and was inside for less than 20 minutes. Upon returning to retrieve his bike at approximately 7:04 PM, he discovered that it was missing.
The bike had been secured with a bike locker, which had been cut by the perpetrator. The exact time of the theft is unknown, but it occurred between the 6:45 and 7:04 PM timeframe.

Battery: Lithium-ion battery (48V 12.5Ah) with Clouds Power branding (as seen in the attached image)
