Description of the theft
Schwinn Madison stolen from a stop sign on 47th and Upland in West Philly on April 30th. The stop sign was sawed in half. The seat is grey/black and the handlebars are black now. The discernible features are that there are two bike light holders- one on the handlebars with the light missing, one on the back with a red light. the brake wires are red, so are the pedals. Everything on the bike is either red, white, or black. there is no longer a u-lock holder on it.
