At 4:42PM on March 24, 2022, security footage shows a man entering the 1550 Mission St. parking garage on a bike. He took my bike off the rack, rode on his bike and left the garage holding my bike in his right hand. This all happened with a security guard working in the garage and in the presence of a valet parking team.
