BIKE WAS LOCKED TO CAR RACK IN PARKING LOT OF MOTEL. THIEF USED 24" BOLT CUTTERS TO CUT KRYPTONITE CABLE LOCK. THIEF LEFT BOLT CUTTERS AT THE SCENE WITH CUT CABLE. BATTERY AND CHARGER WERE INSIDE VEHICLE AND NOT STOLEN, SO THIEF WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY AND CHARGER ($1000).
