Description of the theft
Bike was not locked But stored Inside of food concession stand at Madrona Beach Park. Perhaps when I briefly left building to go to bathroom, thief entered concession stand kitchen and stole bike. I was only gone a few minutes but it takes less time to steal a bike.
I tried to call police ( non emergency...but got out in hold for over half hour...without going message. "File online". Which I did. I have police report #....but apparently I can't e yet it here cuz without serial ". ??
