Description of the theft
Cinelli was Locked with another bike using Kryptonite u-lock outside of 675 College street at 2 am. Lock was cut possibly using rotary saw. Bike was missing from at least 11am. Second bike was left with plastic ties around the tires so bike couldn't be moved. It was found across the street at 4pm.
