Description of the theft
Bike was locked around a tree in front of the 1250 St. Charles apartment building around midnight, I left it for about an hour and half. I called the police as soon as I saw it missing and filed a report. Bicycle is raw steel with red rims. The hand grippers are also red, but they are wrapped with clear packing tape. The bicycle is large, it has a cup holder built in.
