Description of the theft
Two of the stronger Kryptonite U-Locks attached to a metal bike rack. The thieves (3 of them caught on video) broke into my apartment's below ground parking garage, cut through the metal fencing of the locked bike storage room, cut through the metal bike rack to remove my U-Locks and my bike.
