Bicycle detail

I came home at 3am and at 5pm my bicycle was gone. It was locked to a metal stair railing inside the lobby of my locked apartment building so someone either weaseled into my building (or it was an inside job) and cut my lock with bolt cutters. It was stollen before I had a chance to take note of my serial numbers and the shop I purchased it from is not answering my phone calls. My bike is very unique, there is a black back rack specially welded to the frame and rear view mirrors installed on the handlebars. The wheels are 27.5” and if the culprit has not removed it there will be a bar code gold sticker with black lettering that says “Niagara Cycle” (the shop it was from)
