Bicycle detail

The bike was locked to a bike post with a U-lock style lock over night. The bike and lock were missing in the morning. The bike is a dark blue, 1980's model Panasonic Sports Dulux model road bike with white handlbar tape, and black plastic fenders. The fenders have multiple stickers on them including: 1.) Yellow sticker with black lettering that says "La Sportiva". 2. Black sticker with white lettering that say "The Circuit Gym". 3. A white sticker in the shape of a goat. 4. A black sticker with white lettering that says "Petzl". The overall condition of the bike is poor. The paint is faded and scratched throughout the frame, by the seat post on the upper tube the paint is mostly worn off. The rims show significant dirt build up. There are black foot cages on the pedals. The seat has a small tear on it on the back.
