Description of the theft
My bike was stored in my car, where I usually keep it, and at some point in the night, thieves broke into my car, stole it, along with the bikes. My car has been recovered, but the bike is still "missing"
I say "missing" because of the following: The photos of the bike are from a Facebook Marketplace Ad, where the thief tried selling my bike after some time has passed. I did alert the authorities of his whereabouts, and that he has my bike, but so far, nothing has happened. I last saw it on Facebook Marketplace, but he hasn't posted it there since. I probably scared him off.
