Description of the theft
On 8/8/2022 around 3pm I locked my bike at the outdoor bike rack at 8th and Wake Apartments (1440 Wake Forest Dr). I used a U-bar lock to attach my bike to one of the apartment's designated bike racks. On Wednesday (8/10) around 7pm I saw that the bike was gone and my lock was on the ground.
