Description of the theft
My bike, helmet and lock were all missing when I came down to my office parking garage (Connecticut at Van Ness) that night. The garage is accessible to the public by stairs, but not accessible to the public by car. There are tons of cameras on the garage - the thief was fully seen by the cameras - and the footage was shared by the building's security with the DC police.
