Description of the theft
Bike rear wheel was locked to frame with a ulock which was taken. Thinner part of frame (thin trapezoidal stand for when bike is folded) was chain locked to a concrete mount and the stand may have been cut because the chain lock is at the scene. Front wheel was secured to frame with a cable lock and the lock was cut and left at the scene
