Description of the theft
The night of 9/19/21, I locked my bike to a bike rack right outside of my dorm (Rienda Hall) with a very thick cable lock (opened by key with a “heavy duty steel core” that’s “extra thick”) at around 9:45 pm when I came back from riding. On 9/20/21, I went out of my dorm at 1:20 pm to unlock my bike to ride it to the MU but I only saw my bike lock (cut through) on the ground next to the bike rack my bike was locked to. No bike.
