Description of the theft
Around 9:30 PM, bike was locked on the north side of 14th St, between 1st and 2nd Avenue but closer to 1st Avenue, outside the USPS. Bike was locked to a bike rack with two locks - one U-lock and one cable lock. Upon returning 45 minutes later, both locks were cut open and left at the scene, and the bike was gone.
