Description of the theft
I went to an event at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation around 6:15 tonight and left my bike locked at a U-shaped metal bike rack. I cam back out around 9pm and the bike was gone, although the lock was cut and left by the bike rack. I called the police immediately, as well as asked anyone nearby if they had seen anything fishy.
