Description of the theft
Theft occurred between 10 and 11 AM at the bike-lock post in front of the Worksource / SEWorks office in SouthEast Portland on Foster road. Thief was wearing a hoodie and possibly wearing a scarf or bandanna as a mask. Thief appeared taller than 5'9", possibly near 6' tall. Thief was very skinny with little muscle or fat. Thief was wearing a backpack with a skateboard attached to the back of it. Lock was cut and left at the scene of the crime.
