Bicycle detail

I was going to the Dollar Tree store around Noon time on August 19, 2017. I proceeded by chaining my bike to a post which
was located to the left of store entrance, right in between Dollar Tree and a restaurant named Bawarchi. I chained my bike to
a post by inserting the chain through the frame of my bike and the front tire. I remember a lady and her kid were sitting at the
restaurant tables which were outside and about 15 ft from the location of my bike. I proceeded into the Dollar Tree and made
my purchase, which didn't last more than 5 min. I went back to the post and found that my bike was gone, as well as the
chain. The lady and kid were still seated at the same table, along with a gentlemen. I asked them if they saw anybody take
my bike, and the gentlemen said "he just arrived and saw nothing". The lady shook her head to imply she didn't notice
anything. I checked the post and found no other evidence. There is also a garbage can next to the post which was completely
empty. No evidence was left behind. There is a camera I noticed in the corner, but my impression is that it wasn't in view of
the scene. I don't know if there are other cameras that could have gotten a glimpse of the area.
