Bicycle detail

Bike frame was ulocked to bike rack in a closed and locked court yard (metal gate, keypad entry). The wheels were chain locked to the bike and rack. There was a security camara (trying to recover the video). Returned to rack, bike missing. Small part of cut lock on the ground, everything else gone. Found the cut lock and cable outside the courtyard near another bike rack. Lock was cut, likely bolt cutters. Video has been recovered. Thief entered courtyard with bolt cutters hidden in a guitar case.
