Description of the theft
Bike was locked in securelocked building with cameras. On the night of the incident, the front lobby door was broken and the Landlord states back door camera was disabled and front door camera (somehow) did not catch who broke the door or when even though the camera is pointed straight at it. Lock was torched and then ripped off.
