Description of the theft
Bike was locked up on a bike bar on the side walk, right outside of 2121 Market St at 7:40pm. Around 8:40pm, I checked on the bike through the window and saw that it was still there. When I exited the building at 9:05pm, I saw the cable lock was cut and the bike was stolen.
