Description of the theft
I locked my bike to the 2nd bike rack from the street in front of the 870 Market Street (the Flood Bldg) at 8:55a. Returned at 9:45a to find bike gone, with ulock in pieces on sidewalk nearby. Evidently lock was sawn and pried apart with a white pipe that left with SF Officer B. Michaud who was in a SF Police van nearby.
